Brooke Katsafados is a contemporary dance artist, educator, and choreographer based in New Jersey. She currently dances as a company artist with Nimbus Dance in Jersey City. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University, where she honed a rigorous foundation in classical modern and contemporary techniques, partnering, and dynamic performance artistry.

As the founder and artistic director of Brooke Ashlee Modern Movement (B.A.M.M.), Brooke brings her active professional concert experience directly into the studio. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes kinetic awareness, athletic floorwork, articulation, and expressive release—empowering dancers to cultivate technical precision alongside raw artistic identity. Her competition choreography has earned consistent top honors and specialty awards across the tri-state area. Through B.A.M.M., Brooke is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of dancers with thoughtful, high-caliber coaching in contemporary masterclasses, private technique, and original choreography.
